Is a deep form of soft tissue mobilisation. This style of massage is used for general relaxation of the muscular skeletal system as well as being directed towards any problem areas. Deep Tissue massages helps relieve muscular tension, break down adhesion's, mobilise soft tissues and reduce pain. Proven to release and reduce tension in muscles, improve circulation and encourage the removal of waste products such as lactic acid built up. 

An ancient form of body therapy, incorporating deep stretching and rhythmic compression in a "dance like" transmission of energy. 

I use body weight rather than muscular force to exert pressure.

Performed with client clothed on a floor mat, Thai massage affects the entire body, increasing flexibility and helping the body's energy flow more freely.

Reiki translates from Japanese as universal life force energy. The Usui System of Natural Healing is a gentle, non intrusive, but powerful hands on technique. Energy is channelled through the hands of the therapist to the client.  It is used to restore the natural balance in the body providing deep relaxation.

Cupping is an ancient form of alternative therapy.  During treatment glass or silicone cups are placed over several areas to create a vacuum which lifts soft tissue and creates a stretch in the muscle and fascia.  This increases blood flow which can result in reduced muscle tension and pain.

It can be used as part of the sports massage if deemed beneficial by the therapist.
